These terms and conditions govern your use of the website www.stefenielazarus.com.

These are terms and conditions included that are relevant and pertinent solely to the services offered by Stefenie Lazarus online and/or in person.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Direct Deposit.

Direct Deposit. If you can only make a direct deposit, please email [email protected] to receive banking information.

Currency. All prices quoted on this site are in USD Dollars from within USD. Once you have a billing address in the online store, it will convert to your country of origin currency.

GST. All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Psychic and Mediumship Sessions
Refunds for an individual intuitive session service offered by Stefenie Lazarus will only be available if more than 24 hours' notice of cancellation is provided.

Online Masterclasses
Refund for an online masterclass course will be provided if the course has not begun. Once the course start date has commenced, a refund will not be provided.

Stefenie Lazarus as the Mentor/Teacher is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive Program experience. By signing the Workshop Participant Agreement, you as the client agree that the mentor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate the client's participation in the Program without a refund or forgiveness of payments if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms. If the client decides to withdraw from the program, no refunds will be issued, and any outstanding balance owed to the program fee is due within 7 days of exit.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party, including without limitation acts of God, war curtailment or interruption of transformation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisory, labour strike, or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for either Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the affected Party's performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the Parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute to this Agreement will be submitted to the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA). The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Parties shall cooperate in exchanging and expediting discovery as part of the arbitration process and shall cooperate with each other to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period. The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including solicitor’s fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review and may be entered and enforced in any court of proper jurisdiction, either as a judgment of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, regardless of the conflict of laws and principles thereof.

Stefenie Lazarus is committed to Canadian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures, and discloses personal information. The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) requires companies to comply with the Act. This document describes Stefenie Lazarus Privacy Policy. We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold depends on the products and services you request from us.
